Black Lava by Zara is part of the Final Black collection, a three-fragrance series developed in collaboration with creative director Fabien Baron and perfumer Alberto Morillas. The composition opens with bright citrus notes of bergamot and mandarin, followed by a heart that contrasts pink pepper with the dry, resinous character of cedarwood. The base brings together earthy cypriol, frankincense and musk, giving the fragrance a smoky, woody and slightly resinous finish. The scent is presented in refillable black glass bottles designed with a minimalist, sculptural aesthetic.
